City Councilman Tom Faria of Los Banos California sings the American And Portugese National Anthems at the June 2007 DES Festival in Los Banos Ca. I was pleased to note that the American flag was placed in a HIGHER position than the other flags even though this is a highly cultural event. This is as it should be.
