Two gentlemen work in the DES Hall kitchen preparing sopas for the 2007 Portuguese Festa. This was the first time that we had ever eaten this traditional meal and we found it to be quite outstanding. The meal is free but it is a good idea to drop a few bucks into the donation station - and who wouldn't after such a superb cultural and dining experience?!?!
