This shot of the INSIDE of the old barracks at Eagle Field California near Los Banos and Dos Palos shows how nature is trying to take back the field. This vine grew up through the window and is spreading out across the cement floor.

Do not go into or near these buildings if you visit Eagle Field. The OurLosBanos.com photographer had special permission to enter, was very aware of his surroundings, and was wearing protective gear at the time.

Numerous hazards exist from rodents, to sharp objects, broken glass, asbestos, and buildings that could potentially collapse at some point.
