The residents of Los Banos are treated with an exciting free fireworks display each 4th of July. The Chamber of Commerce and or the City Of Los Banos funds nearly an hour long show every year.

While there are bigger displays in other venues over the hill, we have found the charm and community atmosphere at these Independence Day Celebrations worth "staying home for". As a bonus, as of this writing personal fireworks are LEGAL to buy and use in town so there is another reason to be here for the July 4th activities.
