This "office building" located next door to the Falasco Arts center is called the Los Banos Business Center. The incubator which is funded by public sources gives small businesses a chance to get up and running for a limited time with some subsidization for such things as rent, utilities and more. Aimed directly at new small businesses enterprises this program is intended to better the business atmosphere in Los Banos California and bring more entrepreneurs online.

This photo, taken in 2006 shows the following tenants: Merced County Action Group, F&P Tax Service, Dr. Diana Sehnal, Paula's Piano Studio, Charter Funding, and the Latino Commission of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services of Merced County.
