JO Lin Park in Los banos Ca. is basically a grassy neighborhood drainage basin ringed by young trees. As of this writing (July 2006) the trees do not provide much shade. There are no structures or facilities, but there is room to fly a kite. Please consult with local authorities on the appropriateness of kite flying at this park.

this will be a nice, shady area.
You can see that JO Lin
Park doesn't offer much except for a lot of space.
Don't let this picture mislead you. There is not a lot of shade available over most of the park. This small area is an exception.
