Big Page Park in Los Banos Ca. looks like it's a nice park in the pictures below, but in "real life" it looks a great deal more shabby. It's flanked on both sides by streets (one of them fairly busy) which makes it so you have to carefully watch your children. There is LOTS of shade though from mature trees and some nice equipment for smaller children.
