Welcome to the page where I have listed companies that sell just a little bit of everything! Some of the companies have a larger focus on certain subjects, but all on this page dabble in "multi-subjects" more than they focus on any one subject or material in particular.

Please note that companies listed on other pages may also sell more than one type of product but they DO have a particular FOCUS and that's why they are listed on their specific subject page.

ABC School Supply This company sells products geared toward younger children (toddler through very early elementary). It's a great place to find all sorts of fun items like costumes and early learning items. Main product: A little bit of everything!

Audio Memory Publishing "Sing-along CD's, books and posters use catchy tunes and rhyming lyrics as powerful "hooks" to help students read, learn and remember information." We have used Audio Memory materials to learn states and capitals (and more). These materials have been very effective for my children. Main products: Music / Multi-subject

Barker Creek We love the Draw Write Now books. They also offer some other educational materials. Main products: educational products (math, language arts, geography)

Birch Court Books This company serves homeschoolers and sells a variety of books and materials, many of which their own family has used. Main products: A little bit of everything!

Chinaberry Chinaberry puts out a beautiful catalog with all sorts of books in it. I have recently discovered that they offer all sorts of other items as well. I guess they have changed since I first found them. They are presently a little..."earth is our mother" type of a company so be aware of that. Main products: books, and a little bit of everything.

ChristianBook.com You will find a variety of Christian books and materials here. Main products: Christian books, music, Bible items and more

Classroom Direct A good place to order discounted basic supplies Main products: A little bit of everything for the classroom.

Critical Thinking Co. "We design critical thinking into our reading, writing, math and science lessons so students carefully analyze what they are learning. Deeper analysis produces deeper understanding." We have used some of their workbooks. I found my children's critical thinking abilities deepened. Eagle's Nest and Christian Curriculum Cellar
This company is very friendly and has some top notch customer service. If you are a local Connecting Waters family, please consider ordering your materials from Eagle's Nest.

Evan-Moor Educational Publishers Evan-Moor offers a lot of different materials. We especially love their history pockets and some of their language arts workbooks. What is really cool about their site is that they let you browse page-by-page many of their workbooks and teaching materials. You can SEE if a product is what you are looking for (if only the other websites would catch on). Main Products: A little bit of everything! Elementary age materials

Farm Country General Store Homeschooling Supplies "Homeschooling favorites at discount prices". Main products: A little bit of everything!

Fun Felt This is the site to go to if you want felt story and teaching materials. A feltboard is great for young learners. Main products: A little bit of everything! (at least if it's made out of felt)

Home and School Marketplace ALSO known as Eagle's Nest AND the Christian Curriculum Cellar. This company sells all sorts of homeschooling curriculum, books, etc. and Christian materials. Main products: A little bit of everything!

Lakeshore Learning Materials School supplies, learning materials, etc. Their products are usually fun and colorful and geared toward younger kids. Main products: A little bit of everything!

Mindware Books, toys, games and more that help develop thinking skills. They have some really fun products that we've ordered. Main products: critical thinking and more

National Geographic Besides the magazine, they also sell different items like maps, globes, software, etc. Main products: history, geography, science

Peace Hill Press This is where you get the widely acclaimed Story of the World series of books. We have used every level of Story of the World and highly recommend them! Main products: history, language arts, classical education

Rainbow Resource I put a heart icon next to Rainbow Resource because they are the company I order the most from. Why? They have one of the largest selections at the lowest prices. I also like the fact that they are a family business. We always look forward to getting their HUGE catalog each year. (I'm not kidding on the huge part -you've got to see it to believe it.) Scholastic Click on the teacher's store button to the right. We love some of the workbooks (great hands-on supplements for history, etc.) and some of the books. You can also join the book clubs for inexpensive book selections. Main products: A little bit of everything!

Shekinah Curriculum Cellar "We carry over 3000 high quality books and teaching aids chosen specifically for home educators. Teacher Created Materials Although their materials are intended for the traditional classroom, they do offer some good materials. Main products: Textbooks, workbooks, etc.

Usborne Books Usborne books are well known in the homeschooling community and for good reason. They are colorful and very engaging. We have an extensive library of Usborne books and will continue to use them for years to come. Some of the titles have been my children's favorite books.

Veritas Press I love the books and curriculum offered by Veritas Press. This is another company that believes in teaching through literature and not boring textbooks. They have a beautiful phonics program as well as lots of other top-notch materials from preschool through senior high. The only thing I have to say is that I'm not so fond of some of the books offered at the senior level, but that's a personal "taste" issue. Please check them out and order a free catalog. World Book Encyclopedias and other learning materials. Back in the days before we had Internet, we purchased one of their encyclopedias. "Nowadays" though you can just buy it on CD ROM. Main products: Encyclopedia, books, etc.
