Crown Financial Ministries
Articles, tools and many other items related to Biblical money management and good financial stewardship. We have used some of their materials personally and with our children. We highly recommend the book Debt Free Living for adults and the Money Matters for Teens series for middle and high schoolers.

DIVE into Math and Science Interactive video lessons that teach every Saxon math lesson and also teach science that can be used with a variety of science textbooks (but goes best with Bob Jones). They have free demos you can take a look at.

ETA/Cuisenaire We have ordered Minquon math from this company as well as other math materials. I love many of their products for teaching math in a hands-on way.

I have not found any other site that has higher educational interactive materials and lessons like this site for science and math. It does cost $ BUT you can try out any "gizmo" for free and there is also a free trial. The free trial might be worth it if your older student needs some practice on a particular subject (advanced math and science are offered). The gizmos are very well designed.

Flashmaster It looks like a gimmicky game-boy type of thing and drills math facts. I decided to give it a try with reservations (it's expensive) but was I surprised! My son loves it (and the older kids were grabbing for a turn too). Somehow it's just kind of addictive and makes math drill "fun". It is "simple, yet engaging".

Key Curriculum Press Math textbooks, workbooks, software, etc. We have seen and like the Key to..Series of workbooks for math.

These are self teaching, inexpensive math workbooks for homeschoolers! Just download and print. From the looks of it, they have very easy to understand explanations. I really like the aspect that they are "self teaching". Check out the FREE samples on the site and the terrific blog.

Math Man This site is poorly organized, but don't let that stop you from investigating the math texts available. We are ordering Calculus for Young People! Check out the samples.

Math-U-See A math program from preschool through high school We have every level of math-u-see and highly recommend it, especially for the younger grades. We loved the hands-on-aspect of it and the helpful videos.

Moving With Math A hands-on math program. I've personally seen this program and it looks very interesting, but we were already using three other programs so I didn't make an order. It's worth checking out!

Right Start Mathematics "RightStart Mathematics is a hands-on and visual program stressing understanding and problem solving. Using the AL abacus, the child learns to visualize concepts and strategies for memorizing the facts. Practice is provided through games from our Math Card Games." I have seen this math program at a curriculum fair and it looked very interesting. We were already using three different math programs though, so I didn't make an order. Take a look at their free downloads!

Singapore Math Singapore math students have received some of the highest math scores in the world. We have used Singapore math with excellent results.

Teaching Textbooks Math programs designed by former Harvard math tutor. Check out their site and the samples. We think this is one of the best higher math programs available. Main products: Math

Trigger Memory Systems This company provides a fun way to learn the times tables. They also provide other materials for home economics, science, blank books, etc. Main products: math and a little bit of everything.

VideoText Interactive An interactive math program. We've used it with excellent results. It is one of the few programs recommended by the author of the Apologia science programs. Main products: science
