Dec 2 - The Los Banos Arts Council is
inviting the Los Banos Community Children to their annual FREE Christmas Craft
Faire Saturday December 2nd, 2006. This will be held at the Ted Falasco Arts Center
1105 Fifth Street. Activities will include 25 crafts for children to make for
Christmas, face painting, pictures with Santa, and a holiday gift bag for each
child who attends. The event will be from 10:00 AM to 2:00PM

2 - Soroptmist of Los Banos in conjunction with Ca. Dept of Fish & Game will
be hosting it's annual Women's Pheasant Hunt out in Gustine. If
anyone is interested please contact Doug Bowman @ 559.243.4005 for application

2 - SAMURAI NIGHT AT WILLIAMS KENPO KARATE!!! Join us for a night of fun and
training! 6pm-8pm There will be sword training (soft foam swords), pizza and drinks,and
obstacle courses. There will be a sword tournament! There will also be pictures
taken with a real sword! (for a fee of $5) Parents, Take a break for 2 hours.
Drop the kids off at our school and go Christmas shopping! Admission is only $25
per person. ( Families with multiple siblings receive a discount) Address is 932

Dec. 9 -10 - 4th Annual "Santa Paws" Event
At Braelin’s Critters’ Corner Pet & Feed Bring your pet and have their picture
taken with Santa! Santa welcomes ALL Creatures Large and Small. Santa’s helper
will be taking digital pictures this year Date: December 9th Time: 10 am – 5:00
PM Place: Braelin’s Critters’ Corner Pet & Feed 1004 I Street, Los Banos Donation:
$10.00 per sheet Samples of picture sizes and border choices available. Also.
picture can be emailed for additional fee. All proceeds go to the LBVFA to help
cover medical costs and care of the animals fostered by volunteers

9 - PAL Toys for Tots at Premiere Cinemas. The Los Banos Police Activity League
is working in conjunction with Premiere Cinemas for a canned food drive. At 1
p.m., if you pay one dollar or donate one can of food, you can get in to see the
movie "The Polar Express" on the big screen.

The arrival of St. Nicholas, the patron Saint of Christmas, will be celebrated
at the 10:00 a.. service on Dec. 9th at St.
Alban's Episcopal Church; 401 W. L (at Illinois). More information can be

9 - Breakfast with Santa at Fire Station One 8 am- noon.
Enjoy breakfast
with the people in our community and visit with Santa. There will be crafts &

Friends is an international support organization for families that have experienced

13 - Los Banos Tigers Trap Team Parent's Club Meetings 6:30 PM at LB Sportsmens
facility on Mercey Springs Rd. If your child is participating or wants to...these
meetings are important to attend! Kids pratice every Monday night at the trap
range on Mercey Springs -if anyone's interested in observing before committing
to the team. Due to the large growth in team membership from the last years, parent
participation is really needed!! This is a family-oriented, co-ed, scholastic
sport.

22nd Annual Winter Choral Concert featuring Handel's Messiah with orchestra, in
the High School Multi-Purpose Room. Advance tickets will be available by the beginning

after work along with drinks and sodas. Please come by and support your local
band. The open house will be at the high school band room.

Contest. Prizes will be mailed to houses that are the best decorated in several
